Unable to get a child's medical examination? What can be done?
In this video, I speak about a particular situation where a Canadian or Permanent Resident of Canada is sponsoring their partner and in that application, there is a requirement to have a minor child living outside Canada to be medically examined even tough this child will not be immigrating to Canada. The inability to have the child examined can cause serious delays and issues and I am hopeful that this video will help in understanding why and what can be done to remedy the situation. keyorkimmigrationlaw.com [email protected]
