That's it. 💖 King Oyster Mushroom Tteokgalbi 📍 Ingredients Minced beef 500g, 1 King Oyster Mushroom (Meat Marinade) 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon glutinous rice flour, 2 tablespoons dried garlic, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, a pinch of pepper (Meat Sauce) 3 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon yuzu jam, 1/2 tablespoon oligosaccharide, 1 teaspoon sesame oil 📍Recipe 1️⃣ Marinate the meat and knead it well to mix. 2️⃣ Cut the king oyster mushroom into 8 pieces. 3️⃣ Spread out the meat, place a piece of king oyster mushroom on top, and roll it up tightly. 4️⃣ Grill in a frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add the sauce and simmer until thickened. 💖Butter-Grilled Abalone 📍Ingredients 6-7 cleaned abalones, 8-10 cloves garlic, 20g butter 📍Recipe 1️⃣ Make honeycomb cuts on the abalone Please prepare 2️⃣ Remove the stems from the garlic and cut it in half. 3️⃣ Drizzle 3 tablespoons of oil over low heat and roast the garlic until golden brown. 4️⃣ Add the abalone and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. 5️⃣ Finally, add butter and stir-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes. That's it. 💖 Napa Cabbage Kimchi 📍Ingredients Half a head of Napa cabbage, 1/4 green onion, (Seasoning) 4 tablespoons red chili powder, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, a pinch of seasoned salt, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons whole sesame seeds 📍Recipe 1️⃣ Cut half a head of Napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally. 2️⃣ Add the seasoning and mix well. 3️⃣ Add fish sauce if it is bland, sugar if you want it sweeter, and red chili powder if the color is too light.
