CIPD | Empowering workplaces by championing women's health and reproductive health
In recent years, we’ve seen progress amongst organisations with supporting those with menopause symptoms at work. However, this isn’t the case across the board and more can be done to create truly supportive cultures. With this in mind, what should organisations be doing to create a supportive workplace for menopause transition, as well as menstrual health and other health issues? How can employers empower employees to manage their symptoms and thrive in work?
