The Nishiguma family's grand challenge, [A Journey Through Hokkaido's 179 Municipalities - Part 2] took us to Sunagawa City! Located along Japan's longest straight road, this town is actually a fantastic tourist spot packed with delicious food and stylish places!! Our highlight this time was the flagship store of the popular cosmetics brand SHIRO (SHIRO Sunagawa Main Store). We tried our hand at creating our own original fragrance, an experience only available here. Creating your own unique scent is sure to captivate both children and adults!! Therefore, the presence of a kids' space and cafe where children can play safely was a huge help!! Furthermore, we also sampled Sunagawa's famous pork chop! (Did you know that Sunagawa City is actually famous for its pork chops?) You can enjoy a super-sized pork chop with a whopping 7cm thickness at 'ebisu'!!
