This time, we're climbing Mount Tengu in the Northern Yatsugatake Mountains, a climb we abandoned halfway through a year ago. We're starting from Karasawa Onsen, climbing the West Ridge, and taking a route that loops around Mount Nishitengu, Mount Higashitengu, and Kuroyuri Hut. Lena was in good spirits at the start of the climb, but due to lack of sleep the night before, she started feeling unwell after passing Mount Higashitengu. 🥲 I suffer from migraines and deal with them regularly, so we managed to descend safely this time as well. However, it reminded me of the importance of getting plenty of sleep, drinking plenty of fluids, and taking care of your health by not overexerting yourself. And as for regular training...
