I need a new dehydrator! ♥ My New Dehydrator!

This review is for the new Excalibur 6-tray Digital Performance Dehydrator. Does this mean that I recommend you getting rid of your Cosori or other machine? Not even a little. And in all transparency, I will no longer be recommending Cosori for reasons of my own - it doesn't mean you shouldn't keep using and loving your Cosori! But when I went to begin looking at many of the new machines that were coming on the market, I was surprised by Excalibur's lower-priced models and how they've tried to meet their market, I was pleasantly surprised by how this machine performed! I'm really happy with it and am glad I found a great machine that I love. Are there other great machines out there? Of course.
