Jogos Aleatórios - Street Fighter: The Movie

I confess I was prejudiced, but in the end, it changed my mind. Street Fighter: The Movie, developed and published by Capcom, and distributed by Acclaim in the West, was released in September 1995 for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. This game is one of those fascinating and bizarre pieces of video game history. Based on the 1994 film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, the game uses digitized images of the actors (of "some" actors, at least) in that Mortal Kombat style. The home version is not a direct port from the arcades, but rather a game remade from scratch by Capcom itself. The developer reworked the sprites, changed the scenarios, and adjusted the combat system to make it closer to the gameplay of Super Street Fighter II Turbo. The game has a terrible reputation and was a critical failure, but it's not that bad. It's not exactly good, but it's undeniably clunky. It's far from being offensively bad, but it's clunky. The soundtrack is the real highlight. It's a questionable, underhanded choice, but still a gem.
