50 Years of Tenyimi Union Dimapur: CM Rio urges unity for Naga future

At the golden jubilee celebration of Tenyimi Union Dimapur (TUD) in Dimapur, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio called on the Tenyimia people to rise above divisions and strengthen their unity for the greater Naga cause. Speaking on themes of solidarity, heritage, and identity, Rio linked Tenyimia unity to broader Naga progress, urging the community to move beyond clanism and tribalism toward a shared vision of “Nagaism.” He also addressed key issues like Article 371(A), the Inner Line Permit, and indigenous rights under RIIN, while Deputy CM TR Zeliang and Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu echoed the call for unity and cultural pride.
