Northampton Balloon Festival 2025 - Sunday AM (4K UHD)

The team enjoyed a lovely hour flight in our signature balloon G-BVZT Molly Mae. The balloon holds a special place in pilot Jamie’s heart as it carries the name of his daughter who passed away in 2008. Jamie had her name put on the balloon in 2008 and completed all of his training with it gaining his license in 2009. Jamie then formed the Molly Mae Balloon Team with the intention of turning a negative into a positive and using ballooning as a platform to bring a bit of happiness to others. Over the years the team has raised money for charity, supported various events and tried to make the hobby accessible for anyone who had an interest. The Molly Mae envelope is now going to be used by two of our trainee pilots in the coming year or two before a well earned retirement.
