🥗 Asparagus with lightly salted salmon and soft cheese dumplings Today I am preparing an exquisite, but at the same time simple dish that is easy to repeat at home. Delicate green asparagus, fried in butter with garlic and thyme, goes perfectly with lightly salted salmon and soft cheese dumplings. This serving looks restaurant-style, and the taste will pleasantly surprise even true gourmets. In the video, I show the entire cooking process step by step. First, I clean the asparagus stalks and blanch them in boiling water for about three minutes. After that, I add butter, a sprig of fresh thyme and chopped garlic to a heated pan. Then I spread the asparagus and fry it until a light golden crust, periodically turning it over on all sides. After a few minutes, I add cream, which makes the taste more tender and rich. When the asparagus is ready, I arrange it beautifully on a plate, form a rosette of lightly salted salmon and complement the composition with a soft cheese dumpling. The result is an elegant dish that is perfect for both a festive table and a special dinner.
