On Sunday, September 21st, I reached the top spot and received a gold medal and trophy for winning the competition at the Ivanovo Sports Palace at the annual prestigious All-Russian Kudo Competition, dedicated to two-time world champion Edgar Kolyan. About 300 athletes representing various regions of Russia, including Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Moscow, and the Volga region, took to the tatami. This was a large-scale competition for all ages. The tournament encompassed all age categories, demonstrating the continuity of this martial art from generation to generation.
