Hypopressives is one of the techniques we use in the "Flat Belly" Method and an excellent strategy to reduce the circumference in this area. In this workout, we improve rib cage mobility, reducing pressure on this region, strengthen the deep abdominal muscles that act as a natural shaping belt, and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
