Preserving the Story of Southwestern Ohio: Heritage Village Museum and Education Center

This Preserving America profile features the Heritage Village Museum and Education Center, a living history museum depicting life in southwestern Ohio throughout the nineteenth century. Homes, out-buildings, and equipment were moved to the museum grounds from other locations in the region to be preserved and aid in telling the story of the recent past. Interpreters at the museum share interesting facts and compelling stories that bring the Village to life with nostalgic glances of days gone by.
