I'm in Hypomania. | Hypomanic Episode Caught on Camera

I’m in hypomania…and somehow have insight. This… never happens. Normally with my schizoaffective disorder (bipolar type) I don’t have insight into hypomania and only realize I was hypomanic when I become depressed. But this time is different, and I just… talk about it in this video. It’s longer, but I had a lot to say about the bipolar side of my condition (and don’t worry, I talk about the psychosis too). This was a.... weird self-reflection and I'm NEVER this aware. So yeah, it's kinda wild to know I'm in it while I'm still in it. It’s important to note that hypomania looks different for everyone, and treatment changes things. Meds change things. Not everyone has pressured speech all the time :) Enjoy the video, and let me know what you think!
