4 MINUTES OF REST..Wait until the end😂. In this video I decided to do a video I found on FloTrack called Workout Wednesday: Nick Symmonds and the Brooks Beasts 3x400. I watched how fast they did all 3 reps with on 4 MINUTES rest!!! and I wondered if I could do it.I am a D1 track and field athlete just trying to train like a professionals so I can be as great as them.
