This can enable reach up to 75 meters in open areas. However, physical obstacles such as walls, concrete, and metal surfaces significantly reduce the range. Indoors, this distance usually drops to 20–40 meters. Friends, we're setting up a mesh system to equip our home, and the heart of it will be the Hopper model, which comes with 512MB of DDR4 memory and offers excellent value for money. In an era where devices with 1GB of memory start at 9k, the MT7981B 1300MHz dual-core router will do the job. The Buddy 6, which will power the system, is a compact Wi-Fi 6 range extender. By the way, the Buddy has 2 large external antennas and offers standard DFS support. It adapts to different scenarios with Access Point, Repeater, and Bridge modes. Both devices offer 160 MHz Wi-Fi network support. Thanks to Beamforming, MU-MIMO, and OFDMA technologies, signal strength is optimized for multiple devices connected simultaneously, without compromising speed. It also has the infrastructure to reduce latency and increase download speed in multi-user environments.
