The people of India have one of the highest percentages of serious disease per capita in the world. But sometimes the cure is as much about changing attitudes as it is about administering drugs. Harmala Gupta is the founder of CanSupport, a non-governmental organisation that offers palliative care to terminally ill cancer patients. Tim Sebastian asked her about her struggle to break through the wall of ignorance, suspicion and fear that surrounds cancer in the country.
