How to Install Lights & Sound in a 1966 Lost in Space Remco B 9 Robot
In this video, I am installing lights and sound into a 1966 Lost in Space Remco B-9 Robot using the Starling Technologies Life Force Unit. This vintage Remco did not come complete, so along the way I scratch build several missing parts including a new chest plate, claws, claw support disk, brain and finger light housings, and a custom power pack to make everything work together. I walk through the process step by step, showing how I adapt the Life Force Unit to fit inside the original Remco body while keeping the look and feel of the classic toy intact. The goal here is to make this as useful as possible for anyone interested in upgrading their own Remco B-9 with lights, sound, and voice features similar to Starling’s Moebius B-9 version.
