Michael York Speaks at The National Press Club
Award-winning actor Michael York discussed the challenges he faces with the rare disease of Amyloidosis and how he became a spokesperson for this little known ailment at an August 12, 2016 luncheon at the National Press Club. Michael York’s stepson is Star Wars producer Rick McCallum. York appeared next to Liza Minnelli in cinema version of “Cabaret” musical and starred in the all-star “Murder on the Orient Express” and as d’Artagnan in The Three(and The Four) Musketeers. His most recent film is The Mill and the Cross.
