How to install & upgrade car Speakers, in this part of this car audio installation I show you how to replace the stock car speakers in my Ford Mondeo MK3. The stock speakers in this car are 5x7 speakers and the new component speakers are 16.5cm so you will need a set of speaker adaptors and a set of speaker wire adaptor plugs for the mondeo mk3. I upgraded to some Edge component speakers with a total power rating of 480 watts (80 watt RMS per speaker). when buying your speakers always go by the RMS rating on them and then look for an amp that can provide 80 watt RMS per channel to get the best from your audio set up.
