going through the pastures build of CArLOS sonic.exe

carlos exe dropped a new build felt like making a video for this one cuz im not in a vc with my friends to check it out this time around honestly didnt feel like putting in TOO much effort cuz its late but hey im all for the carlos mod i will be stalking the discord server to see what the other people there think about it.... #itunesinstaller
