Bali Belly Finally Got Me. Oh Boy.
Your support is really important to keep these videos coming! =) Become a VIP member of Sanur Diaries! - / @sanurdiaries Donate: https://ko-fi.com/sanurdiaries I got smashed by Bali belly this week, which is almost funny given I made a video not long ago saying fifteen years in Indonesia meant it didn't really bother me anymore. Turns out the universe was listening. I was flat on my back for a solid day, genuinely one of the worst I've had here, but I came good quicker than I expected and this is my first day back on my feet. To ease into it I went and had some roti canai, then walked down past the canal to Muntig Siokan, a little beach spot in Sanur that a lot of people don't know about, where they have horses you can ride along the sand. So yes, there is footage of me on a small horse and you can make of that what you will. On the way back the kites were out in force because kite season has arrived in Sanur, all sorts of them taking off with those huge tails and the festival is only a couple of weeks away now. Come along for a slow walk back into the swing of things.
