Saudi Arabia’s $23 Billion Sports Boulevard: Transforming Riyadh Forever

Saudi Arabia is building one of the most ambitious urban projects in the world — the $23 billion Sports Boulevard in Riyadh. Spanning 123 kilometers, this record-breaking linear park will feature 135 km of walking and running trails, 220 km of cycling paths, and more than 50 sports facilities, transforming the desert capital into a global hub for health, wellness, and sustainability. Part of Saudi Vision 2030, the Sports Boulevard will connect Riyadh through green spaces, cultural districts, and entertainment zones, with plans to plant 177,000 trees and cut carbon emissions by 100 tons.
