In this video, we are skipping the aggressive stretching and focusing on a gentle, somatic reset to calm the nervous system and release tight muscles. When we sleep, our upper back stiffens, our neck muscles tighten, and we often clench our jaw. This routine is designed specifically for the over-40 body to gently restore upper back mobility and melt away suboccipital muscle tension.
