We Worked All Day… But Hardly Anyone Stopped for Tacos 🌮💔

Today didn’t go the way we hoped. After finishing the setup and getting ready for the day, we quickly realized that the construction at the gas station was keeping customers away. Some days as a sidewalk food vendor are busy, and some days are tough. Even though sales were slow, we stayed positive, kept serving tacos, and made the best of it. Along the way, I even spotted a cute flying spider that made the day a little more interesting. This is the reality of running a taco cart—every day is different, and success means showing up even when things don’t go your way.
