Setting up Fujifilm cameras for bird photography

The settings being shown here are suitable for X-H2S, X-H2, X-S20, X-T5, X-T50 and any other Fujifilm camera that has object (bird etc.) tracking. When I first bought my X-H2 and 150-600mm zoom, I ran into all sorts of AF issues when photographing birds. Quite frankly the object tracking was very hit and miss, often being very frustrating to use. At times the lens simply refused to focus on a bird sitting in plain sight. I went through dozens of trials trying different tracking and AF setups, before becoming totally frustrated with it.
