I've had a few reports of people receiving new machines with the bobbin tension being too loose. Be aware that doing this may void your warranty. However, it is an easy fix to do yourself it you wish., In this video I'll demonstrate how remove and tighten the bobbin tension. Yes I know the thread was wrapped around the needle when I threaded the machine at the end. Working around a close-up camera shot limits my hand position and viewing angles. In the end I had to tighten the case about 1/8th of a turn in order to get the proper bobbin tension. Yes, I know my hands are dirty. That is because I had been working on machines all day.
