BREAK THE RECORDS - IronMan Brasil 2025 | Parte 1

Three athletes. One mission: To break records. In this original Z2 documentary, we closely follow the journey of Reinaldo Colucci, Manoel Messias, and André Lopes—names representing the elite of Brazilian triathlon—as they prepare for the biggest challenge of their careers: breaking the Ironman Brazil record, set by Tim Don in 2017 with a time of 7h40min23s. With a trajectory marked by overcoming obstacles and achieving victories, Colucci boasts two Ironman Brazil titles and a gold medal at the 2011 Pan American Games. Messias, silver medalist at the 2019 Pan American Games and with numerous titles in shorter distances, will attempt a full Ironman for the first time. And Lopes, the current South American record holder for the Ironman distance, arrives to add even more excitement to the challenge. More than numbers or medals, this film is about what transcends results: the passion, resilience, and purpose that drive athletes in pursuit of something greater. An intimate portrait of someone who experiences sport as a form of expression—and as a daily choice. #alwayschasing
