The Mile Marker 2026 5K in Danesfort, Kilkenny looked simple on paper… but this rolling out-and-back course with 47m of elevation gain had other ideas. In this vlog I take you through the entire race-day experience, from collecting the race number and getting organised, to the warm-up, race itself, and post-race reactions. Despite being “only” 5K, the constant rollers and tough sections made this one of the hardest races I’ve done recently.
