Mr. Yates has over 28 years’ experience in heavy industry. He is a 1983 graduate of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, where he earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering. During his 7 years as an Officer in the nuclear navy, he served in a variety of positions aboard nuclear submarines.
