Life of Freedom - Episode 1 - Running. Coffee. BBC.

This is my first attempt at capturing a day in my life as a father, business owner, runner and coffee obsessive. I wasn't sure exactly how it would turn out – this series is a bit of an experiment – but It was a fun process and I think we ended up with something cool. Definitely feels like a solid first attempt. We managed to capture snippets from my morning run round St James Park, grabbing some speciality coffee from Oma Coffee Roasters (Eastcastle Street, London), and my day facilitating a work design session with the People Experience Design team at the BBC... It was a packed day. Episode 2 is recorded, produced, and ready to go! 3 days of running and working in Berlin, coming soon.
