Interim President Delcy Rodríguez confirmed talks with the State Department and the International Monetary Fund to rebuild infrastructure damaged by the two earthquakes that struck on June 24. While the Venezuelan government estimates that nearly 200 buildings collapsed completely, NASA estimates suggest that as many as 58,000 structures could have been affected.
