Don't eat this from the tin its POISONOUS
you will poisoning yourself if you cook your camping food in the tin because the metal food tin can is coated in an epoxy coating and if eaten or breathe in it very poisonous! this can happen if you reheat the food up within the tin. I asked Google can i reheat food in the tin and this was the answer. Canned food should not be cooked in the can, as doing so can release harmful chemicals from the can and plastic lining into the food. Cans made of tin, aluminum, steel, and other metals can release toxins such as chromium and nickel when heated. Epoxy-based resins are key to food and beverage containers' long shelf life. Since the 1950s, epoxies have been used in the internal coating of cans to endure a long shelf life for canned goods, preserving them for up to five years. Aluminum cans should not be used as it is significantly more likely to leach into food. And don't heat food inside a sealed can. #englishwoodsman #campingfood
