Casey Kay Sports Reporter/Anchor Reel - July 2026

I have been working as a Sports Reporter/Anchor in the Knoxville, TN market for nearly four years, with five years of experience in the industry. Major contributor in our Vol football coverage, as well as leading all Lady Vol basketball coverage. I have gotten the opportunity to go on the road and cover the WCWS, SEC women's basketball tournament, NCAA women's basketball tournament & Vol football (away games in the SEC, CFP, Citrus Bowl). Pivotal in Friday night high school football coverage, including developing a 2.5 hour live "red zone" style show, 30-min Vol weekly postgame show & 30-min Vol football pregame show. Biggest strengths lie in one-on-one interviews, storytelling (feature stories) & live reporting coverage. Prior to my time in East TN, I spent a year and a half in Bridgeport, WV as a Sports Anchor/Reporter, as well as moving into a Sports Director role.
