Instagram: @valebolaos14 TikTok: @valebolaos14 ------------ 👩🏻‍🍳 FULL RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: For the dough: 500 g all-purpose flour 1 cup warm milk 1 packet (11 g) active dry yeast 1 tablespoon sugar ½ cup sugar 75 g unsalted butter (at room temperature) 2 eggs 1 teaspoon oil (for the bowl) Extra flour for kneading For the filling: 1 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1 stick melted butter (approx. 90 g) For the frosting: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 package cream cheese (approx. 190 g) 👩🏻‍🍳 STEP BY STEP 1. Activate the yeast In a bowl, mix: 1 cup warm milk, 1 packet of yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir, cover, and let it rest until it foams. 2. Prepare the dough In a large bowl, add: 500 g of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 75 g of butter, 2 eggs Crumble the butter with your hands. Add the activated yeast. Mix until a dough forms. 3. Knead Transfer the dough to a clean work surface. Knead for several minutes. If it is too sticky, add a little flour gradually. Continue kneading until you obtain a smooth, elastic dough that is almost no longer sticky. 4. First rise Grease a bowl with 1 teaspoon of oil. Place the dough inside and cover it. Let it rise for approximately 40 minutes, or until it has doubled in size. 5. Prepare the filling Mix: 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1 stick of melted butter. 6. Shape the Rolls Sprinkle a little flour on the table. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the surface. Roll up tightly. Cut the rolls (you can use a thread to make them neater). Place them in a baking pan that has been greased with butter. 7. Second Rest Let the rolls rest for 15 minutes before baking. 8. Bake Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. 9. Prepare the Frosting Mix: 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar Until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. 10.
