You Will Know Our Names plays during unique monster encounters (among which some super bosses) in Xenoblade Chronicles, underscoring intense battles with its fast-paced rhythm, electric guitar riffs, and layered orchestration. Among the enemies this track plays for are Immovable Gonzalez, Avalanche Abaasy and Territorial Rotbart. The game was first released in 2010 for the Nintendo Wii and re-released in 2020 as Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch, featuring remastered visuals, re-recorded music, and a new epilogue chapter. The story follows Shulk, a young researcher who gains the power of foresight through the legendary sword Monado, as he sets out with friends like Reyn, Fiora, Dunban, and Melia to fight the Mechon and uncover the secrets of their world. With its sweeping environments, philosophical themes, and iconic soundtrack, Xenoblade Chronicles has become one of the most beloved modern JRPGs. This cover was made using the soundfont of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones on the Game Boy Advance. I used Anvil Studio and FEBuilder to create this track.
