It’s been way too long since I last said hi 😢 I thought I’d be able to upload videos here and there while attending school, but keeping up with classes has been more than enough to handle, so I couldn’t get around to making videos. Now that the first semester is over and I’ve got a short break, I finally had the chance to prepare a new video! This time, we’re making *Chive Kimchi*! It’s tangy, sweet, and super tasty—even with just simple ingredients. [Ingredients] 1 bunch of chives (600g) 6 spicy green chilies 1/2 carrot (80g) Seasoning ingredients 1 onion 1 small piece of ginger (5g) 7 garlic cloves (20g) 1/2 cup anchovy fish sauce (100g) 1/3 cup plum syrup (65g) 1 cup red pepper powder (80g) [Instructions] 1. Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into thirds. 2. Julienne the chili peppers and carrot. 3. Blend all the seasoning ingredients *except* the red pepper powder in a blender. 4. Combine the blended seasoning, chili peppers, carrots, and red pepper powder. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes. 5. Gently mix the seasoning with the chives, being careful not to crush the chives. 6. Transfer the chive kimchi into a container, cover with plastic wrap or a disposable bag to keep out air, and store in the fridge. If you join the channel, it really helps me keep making more videos!
