Belfast wasn't originally on my list for this trip, but I'm glad it ended up there. The Christmas market sits right in front of City Hall, and in the evening, with the building lit up and the market stalls glowing around it, the whole square just felt alive — decorations, people wrapped up against the cold, the smell of food from the stalls. What stuck with me most wasn't any one stall or dish — it was just standing there for a minute, looking at how the market wrapped around the building, lights everywhere, everyone moving slowly, no one in a rush. That's the atmosphere I tried to capture here.
