A short documentary about the Ozon Tech product operations team. Product operations are everything that happens to a parcel before it's shipped to the customer: storage and movement in the warehouse, packaging, sorting, and preparation for shipment. This represents over 55,000,000 product interactions daily. We've already automated most of them. We're currently working on the rest, and we're constantly scaling. The film will explain how the product operations team works and how this work is integrated into the physical world.
