Rodrigo Badaró participa de audiência na CDE

Rodrigo Badaró, advisor to the National Council of the Public Prosecutor's Office (CNMP), participated in a public hearing at the Economic Development Committee (CDE) of the Chamber of Deputies, held on August 15, 2023, on the topic "Administrative sanctions foreseen for the leakage of personal data". The debate on the regulatory impacts of data protection in Brazil also included the participation of Estela Aranha (Ministry of Justice), Fabrício Madruga (ANPD), Stefani Juliana Vogel (National Data Protection Council), Ana Paula Bialer (BRASSCOM), Pedro Martins (Data Privacy), and the specialist lawyer Patrícia Peck.
