Torr House was the first Duchy Home Farm property and was purchased from the Duchy of Cornwall by our client in 1979, after being declared unfit for human habitation 12 years previously. A period of intensive renovation by our client has transformed this property into a fantastically spacious 8-9 bedroom residence which is currently arranged as the main house plus two self-contained flats (which are restricted to occupation by one family).
