As a Korean, I have read Makoto Sakurai's book, "The Era of Great Anti-Korean Sentiment," from beginning to end, and I will share my honest thoughts. I have reconsidered the anti-Japanese education, historical perceptions, comfort women issue, forced labor, the Rising Sun Flag, Yasukuni Shrine, and the Takeshima/Dokdo issue—topics that have been taken for granted in Korean society—by comparing them with the contents of this book and my own experiences abroad. Furthermore, I will frankly discuss current issues facing South Korea, such as the Korean media, the No Japan movement, Korean politics, pro-China policies, the Chinese Communist Party, ethnic Koreans, the Korean left, Japan-Korea relations, and the anti-Korean sentiment that spread in Tsushima, from the perspective of a true Korean. When Koreans actually read an "anti-Korean book," do they feel anger, or are there aspects they have to acknowledge?
