[Lake Hibara Spawning Frontline! A Fishing Frenzy with Over 50 Fish Caught on Board!] This time, we went fishing at Lake Hibara! Normally, we'd visit at a time when we thought, "Is it still a little early?", but when we actually got out on the lake, the water temperature was higher than expected, and the season was definitely progressing underwater. This year, due to the early ice melt, the spawning seems to be progressing about a week earlier than usual. As of May 31st, there's a mix of post-spawn and after-spawn fish, and the fish we're catching are predominantly after-spawn individuals. Although we thought it was "still too early" for this fishing trip, the result was an unexpectedly huge catch! We perfectly timed it for the after-spawn period, and it was a fantastic day with over 50 fish caught on board.
