Sagat Buffs for Season V please?

My Christmas Wish List for Sagat buffs the upcoming patch, after playing him a lot for 3 weeks straight. He is very flawed but also very fun. I tried to keep the changes very modest, because Sagat is the type of character that could feel overpowered pretty quickly. My changes are small and sometimes medium but never big. I think Sagat is fun, excels at mid range, is a good zoner but it's not enough and thats why he is never played in Pro Tour tournaments, which is a shame!
