Following an idea suggested by a chat user, whom I thank and apologize for forgetting their name, we went to Scannapieco, one of Argentina's most prestigious classic ice cream shops, to learn how to serve ice cream. It wasn't a disaster. All of this, needless to say, was in Joaquín's company. I wasn't going to clarify to avoid being redundant, but it's best to leave everything in order.
