It was determined that Doctor A administered propofol and other drugs to 7 patients 71 times, while Doctor B administered them to 8 patients 111 times. They received an average of 350,000 won per administration, and there was even a patient who paid over 200 million won in just 11 months. To avoid being caught in the narcotics surveillance network, they did not keep medical records and did not report the handling of narcotics to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. They also administered 'dexmedetomidine,' a novel drug not designated as a narcotic. Doctor A was also investigated for photographing the bodies of patients who had fallen asleep after receiving the drugs on 27 occasions.
