-PSST!, a brand-new community revitalization media run by a university student (who just graduated!) Higashimurayama City, Tokyo. This is my first visit to Higashimurayama since the last Kumegawa episode. Take the Seibu Line from Nerima towards Tokorozawa and get off just before Tokorozawa to get to Higashimurayama. The atmosphere is exquisite; neither Tokyo-esque nor Saitama-esque; the urban areas on the Seibu Line have a unique feel. Located in Higashimurayama, Kota Coffee is a coffee shop started by a married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Saito, who previously rented space in Nishitokyo City and Higashimurayama City. They started small with the motto, "Do as much as I can within my capabilities." It was a cheerful and harmonious interview, and I really got to love the people of Higashimurayama. We talked about their concerns about opening a business, their knowledge, and how they want to run a business. Watching the two of them think through the various solutions to these undefined problems is sure to resonate with anyone looking to start a business or pursue their dreams.
