Men And Women in BJJ Shouldn't Roll Together (His Words Not Mine)

In today's video I'm replying back to a comment I received on one of my videos about men and women in BJJ training together. The person comment saying something to the effect that men and women shouldn't train together because if you can't train as hard as possible then it's simply a waste. In my reply back to this comment I stress how much I disagree with this sentiment. Because as a coach to hundreds of men and women I've seen the value in doing so. Both for my own training and theirs. But I also reference training in other sports. In most sports you don't just go as hard as humanly possible everyday. You adjust your training and it undulates between hard days and light days. Lifting for example is not simply done max effort every single day. When I played football we had hard days and lighter days. And as I've gotten older and more experienced I've learned the value of having hard training days and some lighter training days with my BJJ training. Hope you enjoyed the video.
