The Catharsis Effect

Hello everyone and welcome back again to my channel, I'm glad to share a new and another Trance song named THE CATHARSIS EFFECT together with you. It took some time to finally finish it because the past few weeks have been very difficult again and somehow I'm still struggeling with my mental health and mood and I really try to find out from where it comes and what the real reason is and to be honest, I'm pretty sure to know why it is like it is but I don't want to write about it right here and now. Nevertheless this mood was the inspiration for the name of this song that I found through asking a question and I found it very suitable and that's why I decided to use it. The CATHARSIS EFFEC has something to do with strong emotions and feelings that bring you to cry. And these tears, after they've been cried, bring some kind of relief. Crying was something I almost did every single day the past few weeks and meanwhile it finally seems to get at least a little bit better and endurable. Please keep your fingers crossed that this difficult phase will be over soon because most time I don't feel like myself anymore what scares me and makes it hard to be creative what's also scary because creativty was and is always something that brought me hope and braveness to just keep on going with what I do, even if maybe no one really cares about my photos, songs, lyrics and what I'm writing about. Others write diaries and I'm someone between singer, songwriter, photographer to deal with what I feel and as long as it helps and maybe inspires others, it doesn't really matter what you do or how you do it because some things only can be felt but not be said because it seems like no word could ever describe it enough.
