After a lengthy investigation and recovery operation, in 2024, the U.S. Coast Guard's public hearing called upon testimonies from key individuals, either connected to OceanGate or the Titan sub in some way. This video covers the testimony of Captain Jamie Frederick, of U.S. Coast Guard Sector Boston. Capt. Frederick was heavily involved in the search and rescue efforts which were launched upon report that the OceanGate submersible, Titan, was missing, back in June 2023.
